Simple Steps

Improvement doesn't have to be hard but you do need to know what to do. I have taken all my years of experience and the best research on how to change your thinking and behaviour and turned it into simple steps.

The programs are designed to take you through the process in small manageable steps using tools and techniques from CBT and Positive Psychology and Neuropsychology There are a mixture of video training by me explaining the program, exercises and experiments to run and ebooks. 

About Me

I am David Knight. I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Lecturer and Coach.

My career path has been indirect! i went through stages of being an artist, a labourer, decorator, administrator, barman, salesman. Never really knowing what i wanted. Then in my late 20s my marriage failed , I lost my job and ended up back in my parents home!

This was in hindsight the best thing that could have happened to me. I now had time to think. I now chose my direction. I went on training courses and read the self help books i hadn't opened. I learnt how to change my negatiive thinking patterns and change my avoidance behaviour. This was the start of my long path, originally training as a psychiatric nurse and then as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. 

Now over 20 years later I decided I wanted to share the knowledge and skills i have gained over this time. The tools and techniques i share here are all ones i use myself even now.
I changed who i was. I went from being socially anxious and no direction to someone who was focussed and able to lecture confidently in front of 100s!
